About the Opportunity

TITAN now has an opportunity for an Administration & Branch Support Officer to join their team based in Prestons, Sydney. TITAN is offering flexibility around working hours, in line with your lifestyle needs (i.e. work share, school hours, etc.).

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this is an autonomous role that will see you primarily responsible for coordinating the end-to-end sales and service support, and warehouse distribution process. This includes taking incoming calls, invoicing clients, packing and dispatching goods from the warehouse and ensuring the efficient flow of finished goods from warehouse to customer.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Office administration including answering phones, taking phone and email orders, filing and data entry;
  • Arranging freight for goods as required, including organising best rates;
  • Receiving, inspecting and releasing goods from the warehouse;
  • Opening and closing the branch each day; 
  • Keeping the warehouse neat and tidy at all times in line with WH&S requirements; and
  • Sales and service support.

To be successful in this position you will have previous experience in an administration or customer service capacity within a warehouse, manufacturing or distribution environment. Experience working with and/or an understanding of ERP software is also required.

You will be supported by a small team and you will need to be self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously. A demonstrable, high-level, computer literacy is also a must in order for you to be quickly trained on in-house accounting software that you will use to process sales orders and quotations.

Experience in B2B customer service would be highly regarded, however is not mandatory. A current forklift license would also be a plus, however TITAN will assist the successful candidate in receiving this license if required.

Please note: The ability to lift heavy items up to 23kg and regularly walk up and down stairs is a requirement of this position and as such, you must have the physical ability to meet these requirements.
