Business Benchmark Group now has an exciting opportunity for an Appointment Setter to join their team in Doncaster, Melbourne. This role is being offered on a full-time or part-time basis (anywhere from 12 hours per week to regular full-time hours).
In a nutshell, you’ll spend your days in the Doncaster office, generating leads and cold calling prospective clients with the aim of setting sales appointments for Senior Business Strategists to attend.
Your key challenge will be navigating gate-keepers in order to engage with the key decision makers within SME businesses.

- Experience in lead generation
- Confidence and comfortability in cold calling, within an appointment setting or telemarketing capacity
- Persistence – you’ll have a proven track record in navigating gatekeepers to get through to key decision makers in the first phone conversation
- The emotional intelligence to effectively engage with prospects and adapt your communication to where the conversation is heading
These skills will ensure you're able to hit the ground running!
Although not essential, any relevant industry experience will be highly regarded.

You will be rewarded for your success in this role with an attractive base salary plus super and performance-based incentives, equating to a full-time OTE of $80,000 - $85,000.
