About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth, Hi-Quality Group now has multiple, full-time opportunities for the following;
- Plant Mechanics - Field Service/Lube Truck Operators (Kemps Creek, NSW)
- Plant Mechanic / Workshop Supervisor (Bulla, VIC);
- Plant Mechanics (Oallen, NSW & Bulla, VIC)
- Boilermaker / Welder Fitter (Kemps Creek, NSW).
- Afternoon Shift Diesel Mechanic - (Kemps Creek, NSW)
In these roles you will be responsible for the following duties - including but not limited to:
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting;
- Conducting routine inspections and repairs;
- Carrying out exceptional quality servicing;
- Completing all required paperwork accurately and effectively.
- Sound Health and Safety Practices;
- Applying Risk Management Strategies;
- Contributing to a safe working environment by identifying any risks/hazards
About you
To be considered for these roles, it is essential that you hold a relevant trade qualification, a white card and an MR licence (or willing to obtain quickly). Afternoon Shift Diesel Mechanic would need an HR licence.
A strong knowledge and understanding of a variety of earthmoving equipment such as CAT, KOMATSU, VOLVO, and HYUNDAI will be key to your success in these positions.
Please note: For the Afternoon Shift Diesel Mechanic, experience with MACK, KENWORTH and WESTERN STAR will be highly regarded.
As a Boilermaker / Welder Fitter, you will need to have relevant trade qualifications, a white card, and demonstrated experience with heavy fabrication, plant attachments, and truck and trailers within a field service background.
In the Lube Truck Operator role, candidates will need previous experience in a similar position (candidates holding an automotive trade, mechanical or otherwise are encouraged to apply) and can demonstrate capabilities in relation to the lubrication of trucks, equipment, and machinery.
Please note: All candidates must have the legal right to live and work in Australia, a proven ability to work in both a team and autonomous capacity with a track record of safety, and be able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical.
