About the Opportunity
Betta Home Living Port Lincoln now has a fantastic opportunity for a driven, customer-focused individual to join their team as Floor Sales Manager.
This is a Monday to Saturday position. Saturday trading varies with season and typically concludes at 1.00pm, with some Saturday's rostered off on a monthly basis.
This is a busy position that will see you overseeing the daily staff and operations for the site, including marketing, customer sales and service activities.
Day to day duties may include (but will not be limited to):
- Managing the promotional marketing displays and ensuring they are kept tidy and ticketed appropriately;
- Ordering of stock and management of daily deliveries including checking the daily schedule and assisting in dispatch activities;
- Review customer quotes and sales orders ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner; and
- Daily checking of the business Facebook and Intranet pages and responding to notices as required.
About You
To be successful, you will need to have retail/sales experience as well as experience managing and motivating a team. While not essential, any experience or exposure to the Electrical industry would be highly regarded.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and staff members with ease.
Your excellent attention to detail, coupled with a flexible approach will ensure your success in this role. Successful candidates will be highly professional with a common sense approach to their work.
