About You

Previous experience managing a retirement village is not a mandatory requirement for this position (although if you have done this, great!). You might come from a health, hospitality or even retail background, however, there are some key things we are looking for in our ideal candidate, namely:

  • Someone who is well-organised and great in an operational role, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

This is a very busy and varied position where no two days are ever quite the same!
