About the Opportunity
MotoSign now has an opportunity for an experienced Signwriter to take on the role of Production Team Leader in Melbourne. This position is being offered on a full-time, Monday to Friday basis.
This varied position will see you primarily responsible for the oversight of signage projects from production to installation.
More specifically, key duties will include:
- Carrying out vehicle wrapping, signage installation, frame construction, welding, and other general signage work;
- Organising projects, scheduling production and overseeing installation;
- Overseeing the Production team, providing them with leadership and direction;
- Acting as the key liaison between clients and the team, including project management responsibilities; and
- Solving problems as they arise and putting processes in place to mitigate them in the future.
About You
Motosign is looking for someone with demonstrated hands-on experience in signage and vehicle wrapping, who’s ready to take the next step in their career! Maybe you’ve held supervisory / 2IC roles in the past, or perhaps you have significant industry experience and are ready to tackle a new challenge.
The successful candidate will be energetic and confident, with strong attention to detail. You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Please note: It is a requirement of this role that successful candidates have a current, unrestricted manual Driver's Licence.
