Vital Home Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Clinical Care Coordinator, this role will you see primarily responsible for providing in-home care to clients in the Macarthur area to enable them to be able to stay in their own homes.
You will provide personalised support to each individual which may include (but will not be limited to) assisting them with:
- Medications which may include administering, prompting and/or monitoring
- Wound care / management
- Hygiene care
- Diabetes management and education
- Post-Acute Care
- IV therapies
About You
To be successful in this role you will be a qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. You will be self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
You will have experience in community care and case management. Experience in Aged Care will be highly regarded.
Please note, you will need to have your own vehicle and current NSW drivers licence.
