About the Opportunities
Bikebiz now has multiple exciting opportunities for Specialist Parts Interpreters to join their team in Parramatta and Granville, NSW, on a full-time basis.
Working closely with the Workshop Manager, you'll be responsible for providing the best possible service and parts solutions to customers.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Handling parts and accessories enquiries, including maintaining relationships with trade customers;
- Providing exceptional and friendly face to face customer service;
- Assisting the Sales team to deliver the best dealership experience for customers; and
- Monitoring and maintaining stocked parts throughout the dealership, including receiving stock, following up on backorders and stocktaking.
The Parramatta Dealership specialises in Yamaha, Aprilia, Suzuki and Kymco, while the Granville Dealership specialises in Kawasaki, Triumph, Honda, and BMW Motorrad. You will be expected to learn each brand's systems over time - cross training on other brands outside of your specialities will be provided.
Please note: This is a Full-time position working Monday-Saturday, with a rostered day off every second week.
About You
To be considered you'll need to be a highly organised and well-spoken person, with a strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude and a patient, upbeat customer facing attitude.
At times your customers will not know what they need - your broader interoperable knowledge of how different parts work together, combined with your ability to interpret your customers' level of knowledge will be crucial to walk them through the process and find the right solution.
You will possess proven experience in customer service excellence, with demonstrated initiative and great attention to detail key to your success. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but, for candidates who possess the right behavioural traits, extensive training and support will be available.
