About the Opportunity
Rokon Pty Ltd now has multiple opportunities for dedicated and driven Site Supervisors to join their team working on projects across the Northern and Western suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the safe, successful and high-quality delivery of your assigned projects, on time and on budget.
Your day-to-day duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Coordinating plant, material and internal and external human resources to ensure that the project is running effectively and efficiently;
- Ensuring that all documentation, safety requirements and necessary facilities/materials are in place before the commencement of work;
- Supervising all internal and external human resources on site and ensuring adherence to all Rokonpolicies and procedures at all times;
- Monitoring, reporting and delivering documentation on budgets and KPIs for all tasks on your projects; and
- Coordinating and conducting audits, client meetings, sign-offs, safety inspections and other requirements at appropriate stages.
About You
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in civil construction environments in a supervisory capacity, and possess a high degree of residential and industrial subdivision works.
You will be an organised and capable people person with high professional standards and the interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to ensure that things are done the right way, first time, every time. You will be conscious of Health, Safety, Environment & Quality procedures and have a focus on exceeding productivity, budget and quality targets.
Please note: This role will require travel by car - you must have a current, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
