About the Opportunity
Due to an exciting period of rapid growth, Formway Group currently has multiple opportunities for experienced and qualified Electricians to service Sydney and regional NSW. These roles are being offered on a permanent, full-time basis with a 9 day fortnight.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Installing electrical meters across residential, commercial, and industrial sites;
- Managing jobs and delivering work as assigned by the client and/or relevant supervisor;
- Performing day-to-day vehicle stock management;
- Liaising with clients to maintain an efficient work environment; and
- Complying with health and safety procedures to promote a safe work environment.
About You
In order to be successful, you will require the following:
- An Electrical License
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and directions
- Minimum of 1 year experience
Formway Group is seeking individuals with excellent problem solving skills coupled with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
In addition, you'll need a strong commitment to safety, and will take pride in your workmanship. Excellent relationship and communication skills are important as you'll liaise with clients and customers regularly.
Please note: It is a key requirement of this role that successful candidates have a current 'C' Class Driver’s License, and that you be willing to undergo Working with Children Clearance and a National Police Check.

In recognition for your commitment and hard work, you’ll be offered a highly attractive hourly rate of $45.32 (increase in rate due 2018), plus super, fully maintained company vehicle, tools, phone, laptop/iPad and uniform - this equates to a total package circa $115,000 p.a.! In addition, optional overtime is available to further increase your take home pay.
Furthermore, if you are ASP accredited, we will pay you a bonus of $1,200 once you have completed 6 months employment plus a further $1,200 after one year of service. ASP refresher training will be provided after the qualifying period.
Additionally, being an ASP will give you the potential of earning additional income up to $30,000 per year.
