- Attractive salary package circa $75,000 made up of a $49,000 base + non-sales KPI incentives paid monthly circa $6,500 p/a and monthly uncapped commissions circa $1,600
- Commission is 2% of turnover per month, average of $1,600-$2,000

About the Opportunity
CMI Accessories (CMI) now has 2 x full-time opportunities for a Territory Managers to join their team. The first role is servicing the NSW and ACT region with the expectation that the successful candidate would reside somewhere in NSW. The second role is for the QLD and NT region with the successful candidate ideally located somewhere in South-East Queensland.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll spend the majority of your time on the road - generating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients in order to achieve new business and repeat sales.
More specifically your duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Regularly travelling within your territory to meet with key clients;
- Delivering sales presentations;
- Negotiating and closing sales opportunities;
- Effectively merchandising all company products;
- Providing in-store training; and
- Researching and developing new business opportunities.

Although not essential, any experience working within a retail telco environment would be beneficial. In addition, candidates who have completed tertiary qualifications in any field, will be highly regarded.
Most importantly, we are looking for people who are switched on, smart, positive, enthusiastic and driven. As this is a highly autonomous role, it requires someone with a high level of self-motivation, discipline and organisation to hit the ground running and make this role your own.
With your strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, you will have no problem working in this fast-paced environment as you put forth your personable, positive attitude and dedication to customer service.
