About the Opportunities
Refelec is now entering an exciting growth phase and is seeking a qualified Refrigeration Mechanic to join their team in Emerald on a full-time basis.
Working primarily from the Emerald base across the Central Highlands Region, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting domestic and commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning units.
To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
- Current ARC License;
- Current Restricted Qld Electrical Licence
- Manual, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
Candidates with their Standard 11 and/or Coal Board Medical will be highly regarded.
Your professional attitude will be key to your success in these roles, as will your attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

About the Perks
In return for your hard work and dedication, on offer is a very competitive salary package circa $90,000 - $110,000 + super, commensurate with your skills, qualifications and experience, that includes a daily attendance bonus and daily KPI bonus.

Successful applicants will also be rewarded with a $1,000 commencement bonus, paid within your first two weeks of employment.
