About the Opportunity

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join and expand our sales team as an Account Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the development and growth of our relationships with partnered showrooms, designers, architectures, and homeowners and to provide key support to account managers.  

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting Canadian and US accounts - Business to business 
  • Providing customers and showrooms with product quotes and thoroughly following up on all sales inquiries 
  • Identifying possible up-selling and cross-selling opportunities 
  • Providing prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service over the telephone, in person, and through email correspondence 
  • Tracking shipments and communicating with key partners to ensure on-time delivery 
  • Working effectively with the sales team to find effective solutions for client needs 
  • Couriering outgoing catalogue/print material and other packages on request 

In order to qualify for this role, you will have a minimum of two years’ experience in sales and customer service. Our ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail combined with excellent time management, organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills.
