About the Opportunity
Adelaide Truck Centre is a growing family-owned business servicing the Adelaide region for the last 10 years.
Due to continued growth, Adelaide Truck Centre has a great opportunity for a motivated Diesel Mechanic to join their team on a full-time basis working 8 am - 4 pm in Dry Creek, Adelaide.
This role will see you carrying out the following duties:
- Performing repairs or maintenance to trucks and/or trailers as required;
- Carrying out diagnostics and fault finding;
- Preparing reports on findings; and
- Working to ensure compliance with work health and safety policies at all times.
About You
The successful candidate will be a trade qualified Diesel Mechanic or similar mechanical discipline. A third-year apprentice may also be considered.
Although not essential, candidates who also have experience working on trailers would be highly regarded.
Importantly, you will have a good work ethic, be self-driven and be comfortable working autonomously with little supervision as required.
Please note: you may be required to work a Saturday on occasion as part of a roster.
