About the Opportunities
Due to rapid growth within the Global market, Buildingsense has an exciting, hands-on opportunity for a Project Services Manager to join their team based in Perth on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the VP of Global Operations, you will be primarily responsible for project management, delivery and commissioning systems for some of their largest clients and third-party partners. This is a hands-on role where you will be on site, driving and project managing complex BMS and Mechanical-electrical implementations.
This will be achieved by successful deployment of the Integrated Buildingsense - Sauter and the BuildingIQ 5i platform, delivering proper client management and coordination through the implementation and ongoing operation of the technology.

Do you have what it takes?
The successful candidates will need to have sufficient Project Management and Field Deployment experience in addition to tertiary qualifications in related engineering and/or business field.
Knowledge or experience working with Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, Microsoft Project and BACnet and/or OPC communication protocols will be key to your success in this role.
Ideally, you will also have skills, experience and/or sound knowledge around:
- Infrastructure projects;
- Energy Engineering/Operations;
- Consulting;
- Building controls installations;
- Building operations
- High voltage, low voltage and controls;
- Designing switchboards; and
- Electrical/mechanical cabling and routing.
Buildingsense is looking for an individual who is self-motivated, has strong problem solving and analytical skills and exceptional oral and written communication skills. You will be passionate about providing high-quality service and be competent in managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative and creative environment.
About the Benefits
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive an attractive remuneration circa $110,00 - $150,00 (commensurate with your skills and experience) plus super.
