About the Opportunities

Hutton & Northey Sales (HNS) now has multiple opportunities for Heavy Duty Mechanics & a Team Leader to join their Corrigin and Cunderdin branches in Western Australia on a full-time basis. 

These roles are primarily Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm, with occasional Saturday morning work during busy periods (with significant flexibility around family requirements).

You'll need to be a fully qualified Heavy Duty Mechanic with good comprehension and learning skills and demonstrated post-apprenticeship experience.

Heavy Duty Mechanic

As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will primarily be responsible for the service, repair and maintenance of mobile plant, heavy duty trucks, tractors, sprayers and other farm machinery. Depending on whether you are in the Workshop on Field Service, these roles will see you working within a busy service department specialising in Case 1H agricultural equipment, or travelling to client properties to work on-site. 

Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you will primarily be responsible for the allocation, organisation and effective delivery of resources in order to progress jobs productively, including scheduling and liaison with the client in order to fulfil their needs. You’ll be managing a small team, ensuring the right staff are working on the right jobs, including being hands -on when it comes to ensuring the training of staff and quality control.

Please note: You must hold a current, unrestricted manual Australian Driver's Licence, with candidates that possess an MR licence or are willing to obtain one highly regarded.
