About the Opportunity

St Regis Management has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join their close-knit team in Edmonton

Reporting into the Office Manager and the Company Owner this dynamic role will see you managing four light industry commercial properties.

More specifically your duties in this role will entail:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties to achieve occupancy and cost control targets.
  • Negotiating leases, screening potential tenants, and communicating company standard policies and procedures to tenants and contractors.
  • Reviewing rentals and vacancies and developing marketing and pricing strategies. 
  • Supervising contractors to ensure all company policies and industry standards are met by ensuring all professional standards are enforced and performed.
  • Travelling to properties to perform inspections including monitoring progress to determine contractor goal benchmarks and administration documentation.
  • Managing repairs and maintenance contracts with contractors for all facilities and subsequently ensuring the highest value for all materials required.
  • Tracking and collecting delinquency and defaults before reporting the results to the President.
  • Developing marketing programs to promote properties and their services.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of property management experience with 1-2 years of Property Management experience in Collections, Admin, Budgets, and Building Service (Repairs & Maintenence). Accreditation from a recognized Property management program is considered an asset. 

Our ideal candidate for this role will be an energetic team player who can demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines and time requirements. You will also have a successful leasing record in a previous commercial and light bay industrial position.

Finally candidates with superior organizational, communication, and computer skills will excel in this role.
