About the Opportunity

FranklinCovey is comprised of a team of professionals working from home throughout the country. There is currently an opportunity for an Administration Manager to join the organisation, working from home on a permanent full-time basis. 

Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will see you attending to the everyday financial and administrative needs of the business, acting as an important operational link between the Finance Director and daily operational activities.

More specifically, some of your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Performing all office administration duties as required;
  • Assisting with everyday operational activities such as invoicing and providing operational solutions where needed;
  • Carrying out typical finance administration activities related to payroll tax, work cover, insurance, corporate compliance and basic bookkeeping (including month end journal adjustments);
  • Assisting with end of month reporting and financial accounting activities;
  • Taking responsibility for debt collection, ensuring an effective system for collection is implemented and maintained;
  • Liaising with 3rd party warehouse to manage stock levels; and
  • Assisting with the collation of Salesforce data reporting.

About You

FranklinCovey is seeking a self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to operate efficiently in an autonomous environment. It's imperative you be well versed in managing your own workflow, with a focus on maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organisation.

The successful candidate will approach their work with a solutions driven mindset and the confidence to make decisions regarding the administrative function.

Although you will be given instruction regarding financial activities, you will require in-depth bookkeeping experience and the ability to work with relevant software including Microsoft Office. Experience with Navision (an ERP solution currently used by the organisation) and Salesforce would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

It goes without saying, as you'll be working from home it is crucial you have access to a strong and non-interrupted internet access.
