seagulls have been an integral part of the Tweed Community for over 40 years and have the honour of being the oldest provincial rugby league club in Australia. They offer their members and guests a vast range of facilities and first-class service.

About the Opportunities
seagulls now have multiple opportunities for Supervisors to join their teams across the Gaming, Restaurant and Bar areas.
You will be responsible for assisting the Duty Manager in managing the day to day operations of the Club within your designated area as per the Club's operation policies, practices and procedures.
Additional duties may include (but will not be limited to):
- Ensuring the security and safety of all customers and employees whilst on shift;
- Organising staff rosters;
- Assisting the Duty Manager in creating and developing a cohesive, effective and engaged team;
- Training staff members as required; and
- Overseeing a coordinated, effective team in delivering services across the venue to the highest standards and on a consistent basis.
These positions will require the successful candidates to be available to work weekends and nights as required.
Do you have what it takes?
The successful candidates will need to have sufficient experience overseeing or managing a team within the Hospitality industry. Individuals with previous experience working in Hotels, Casinos (specifically VIP rooms), Restaurants, or Pubs will be held in high regard
seagulls are looking for individuals who exhibit natural leadership qualities, have exceptional communication and technology skills and are able to motivate staff and positively promote changes to improve efficiencies.
You will be passionate about providing high-quality service and be competent in managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Please note: You must hold a current RSA and RCG and have a clear understanding of relevant legislation including Registered Club and Liquor Acts, Work Health & Safety Legislation.
About the Benefits
In addition to working for a supportive and community-focused Club, you will also receive an attractive hourly rate of $23.89 (Mon-Fri), $35.83 (Sat), $41.80 (Sun) with your average annual salary estimated to be circa $58,000 - $62,000 (dependant on your availability) plus super.
