About the Opportunity

Alan Mance Motors now has an exciting opportunity for an industry experienced Administration Officer to join their team in Footscray, Melbourne on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for completing a variety of administrative functions delivering support and assistance to the business. 

These duties may include (but will not be limited to):

  • Processing and reconciling new/used car deals;
  • Ensuring all vehicle registrations are up to date and process registration renewals when required;
  • Carrying out general data entry as required and ensuring an exceptionally high level of accuracy;
  • Compiling dealer packs and ensuring all relevant documentation is included;
  • Maintaining and preparing databases to a high standard of accuracy and ensuring they are up-to-date; and
  • Processing fines and managing toll road accounts.

Please note, This a full-time position, however there may be flexibility around daily start and finish times, within reason.

About You

Alan Mance Motors is seeking a self-motivated and reliable individual who has high attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously and competent computer literacy skills. 

It is imperative that the successful candidate has demonstrated experience using Pentana (ERA/ERANET) and VIC Roads Partner Account.

Your exceptional organisational and time management skills will ensure you are able to process large volumes with ease and accuracy.

While not essential, debtor and credit experience will be highly regarded.

You will receive an annual salary circa $45,000 - $50,000 (negotiable with skills and experience) plus super.
