About the Opportunity

Tagma Property Consultants is looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic Property Portfolio Managers to join their team in Brisbane CBD on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the General Manager and assisting the Professional File Managers, your responsibilities may include (but will not be limited to):

  • Liaising with clients and other related parties to resolve queries and issues efficiently;
  • Organising general property maintenance with builders and contractors;
  • Assisting in the management of deceased estates and assets;
  • Coordinating lawyers, sheriffs, locksmiths and other parties that may be required to attend property evictions and repossessions; and
  • Preparing properties for sale by ensuring all property maintenance and works are carried out and completed.

About You

To be successful, you will need to be a highly organised, self-motivated and analytical minded individual who is able to confidently juggle competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Due to the nature of the role, your ability to confidently communicate with a variety of stakeholders and provide a high level of customer service at all times will be key to your success in this role.

You must have experience working in an office environment, have strong computer literacy and a fantastic phone manner.

Although not essential, experience within the property industry would be held in high regard.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for a recent Law Graduate or even a highly efficient Administrator looking to gain a career in the finance and property sector!
