About your new role

The Kwickaz Group has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service/Administration Officer to join their team in the Tullamarine office working Monday to Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

In this role, your main responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to:

  • Following up on, tracking and monitoring consignments;
  • Updating customers as required;
  • Liaising with customers and carriers to book freight;
  • Providing support and assistance to other team members as required;
  • Establishing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients; and
  • Assisting with uploading and matching invoices.

What you'll bring to the role

To be considered you will have a positive attitude, an eagerness to develop your skill set and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Candidates with a transport background will have an advantage.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need first-class communication skills, both interpersonally and written as well as a strong level of computer literacy.

You must be extremely well organised, able to juggle competing tasks efficiently and have exceptionally high attention to detail.

In addition, your thorough understanding of how to deliver exceptional customer service will ensure you are able to develop and maintain relationships with clients successfully.
