About the Opportunity

The Pharmacy Guild of Australia Queensland Branch now has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant/Receptionist, to join the team on a full-time basis, located in Spring Hill, Brisbane.

Reporting to the RTO Administration Coordinator, your main responsibility in this role will be providing administrative support to the Education and Workplace Relations and Professional Services divisions.

Specifically, your day to day duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering, monitoring and distributing telephone, fax and email correspondence;
  • Preparing and sorting incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Ordering office supplies and managing stock control;
  • Completing data entry, filing and archiving documents;
  • Preparing meeting agendas and minutes; and
  • Providing support to students including sending out course material.

About You

To be successful, you will need to have at least 5 years of well-rounded administrative experience with exceptional customer service skills.

You will need to be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of programs specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.

The Pharmacy Guild of Australia Queensland Branch is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual with high attention to detail. Although it is not an essential requirement, any experience working in an RTO organisation will be a distinct advantage.

Above all, you’ll be a focused, detail-oriented and punctual professional, ready to showcase your skills in administration and office support.
