About the Opportunity

Lifetime Connect is now seeking a proactive and principled Compliance Manager to join their team in Macksville. This is a full-time role on a two-year contract with potential extension, subject to funding.

This newly created role will be responsible for ensuring all Lifetime Connect programs and internal operations are compliant with service agreements, relevant industry and government standards and legislation.

More specifically, your key duties will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Supporting the implementation and continual monitoring of quality control initiatives;
  • Developing, reviewing, and updating compliance properties including risk management processes in response to organisational needs and changes;
  • Encouraging and promoting a culture of compliance across the businesses;
  • Negotiating with government departments regarding what procedures need to be followed to gain compliance
  • Ensuring policy documentation is reviewed on a regular basis and made available to the leadership team; and
  • Facilitating staff knowledge of Compliance policy and practice through a program of information updates.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrated experience specifically in developing and implementing organisational improvements, systems, processes and change projects.

Candidates with a tertiary qualification in compliance or similar and experience within Children's Services, Aged Care, or not-for-profit organisation will be highly regarded. 

As this role will see you liaising with a range of stakeholders and leaders, it is essential that you are an effective and efficient communicator. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships and build rapport will assist you in bringing about change and will set the tone for corporate integrity.

This role will require persistence, initiative, exceptional organisational and networking skills and a flexible approach. Self-motivation and an eye for detail will also be key to your success. 

Please note: Candidates are required to hold a current driver's licence.

About the Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and drive compliance initiatives. In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive remuneration circa $70,000 - $80,000 (negotiable with skills and experience) including super.

You will also receive salary sacrificing options up to $17,000 and rural/remote area allowance up to $30,000 to further increase your take-home pay!
