St Carthage's Community Care currently has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join their team in Lismore, on a part-time (30 hours per week) basis.
Your primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support, as well as acting as the point of contact among managers, staff, clients and other external partners.
Your key duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to the General Managers;
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
- Managing Executives’ calendars and setting up meetings;
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements;
- Preparing weekly, monthly or quarterly reports;
- Formatting information for internal and external communication (i.e. memos, emails, presentations);
- Taking minutes; and
- Screening and directing phone calls, and distributing correspondence.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of the organisation by providing personalised and timely support to senior staff.
About You
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar, alongside exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will be well-organised, possess great time management skills, and be confident in operating autonomously.
Competency in the use of computer programs, including Microsoft Office, is required, as is familiarity with office equipment and applications (e.g. e-calendars, copy machines, etc.).
Importantly, St Carthage's is seeking someone who understands discretion and who operates with a high level of confidentiality.
