The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity offering you the chance to fast-track your career into sales management within the B2B software space!

You'll join our business as a Future Sales Leader, taking part in an 18-month management development program where you'll learn the ins and outs of managing a team within our business. This includes intensive sales training, in addition to the below leadership training:

  • Managing a P&L
  • Forecasting and budgeting
  • Recruiting and growing your team
  • Leading, coaching, and developing your team members
  • Executing strategic and business planning sessions
  • Completion of a MiniMBA in Marketing
  • Completion of a MiniMBA in Recruitment

Tenacity and a hunger for achieving results will be key to your success in this role, as you play a pivotal role in finding new business, subscription based revenue opportunities and moving these leads through the sales pipeline. This is a high-touch, national role (primarily phone based), selling across industry verticals. You will liaise with HR professionals and senior decision makers across 1-2 industry segments. 

Working with primarily outbound leads, here's what your key accountabilities will be:

  • Delivering 10 qualified demos per month to our Product Specialists;
  • Rigidly applying our simple and sophisticated sales journey;
  • Connecting with 20-30 new businesses per day in assigned verticals via a multi-touch methodology; and
  • Delivering outstanding service to prospective clients and achieving industry leading NPS scores.

It is going to take time to see success in this role - you will be selling sophisticated products and services with an 8-12 week sales cycle. You’ll need to be motivated, determined and hungry to achieve results.

Not to mention, our flat structure allows you direct engagement with our C-Suite Team.
