About the Opportunity

FranklinCovey now has an opportunity for 3 x Senior Sales Partners to join their team, each based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. These roles are being offered on a full-time, work from home basis.

Reporting to the General Manager, your main responsibility is to find, develop and grow FranklinCovey solutions within mid-large size organisations and to grow sales revenue for the organisation.

You will also build mutually beneficial business relationships and present compelling presentations to clients to close business.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Designing account strategy and business development to advance new and existing accounts;
  • Being the key initiator of prospecting to medium and large organisations for strategic targeting;
  • Developing and executing on territory marketing and management plans to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets;
  • Diagnosing and assessing clients needs;
  • Writing and overseeing effective business proposals; 
  • Closing sales opportunities consistently within the FranklinCovey guidelines; and
  • Regularly meeting with clients to ensure ongoing success and continued expansion of services.

About You

To be successful in this role, candidates will have significant experience in a similar sales/business development role and a proven track record of sales and high performance in a large corporate environment. 

As you are selling FranklinCovey solutions to clients - as opposed to selling products - it is critical that you come from a consultative sales background. You will also be proficient in the areas of lead generation, forecasting, prospecting and driving opportunities to closure. 

Your polished presentation, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to deliver compelling presentations to clients will be crucial to your success in the role.
