About the Opportunity

StoreLocal has a new opportunity for two full-time Support Centre Consultants to join their team in Hendra, QLD.

Broken into early and late shifts, the Early Support Centre Consultant will be working from 7am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, whilst the Late Support Centre Consultant will be working 9:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

In both roles you will be primarily focused on sales, and be the first response to all incoming calls as well as overflow calls from all their stores based around Australia.

More specifically, your duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Answering incoming sales calls;
  • Taking overflow calls from storage sites across Australia;
  • Calling web enquiries, if requested by a customer;
  • Assisting in basic call enquiries customers may have, such as payments or general queries;
  • Scheduling appointments at storage sites for new clients; and
  • Working towards KPI targets.

StoreLocal are a well-established company expanding their scope to include this new support centre which will house these two new roles.

About You

To be successful, you will have extensive experience in a telephone sales role (minimum of two years) with phenomenal conversion rates.

You will be energetic and friendly and confident in learning new systems.

You will be adaptable and well-organised with the ability to think and act on your feet.

With great communication skills and a confident and clear telephone voice, you will also be highly proficient in the use of computers.

A sense of humour is a must!
