About the Opportunity
Due to significant ongoing growth, Odyssey Consulting Group now has a fantastic opportunity for a Structural Draftsperson to join their team in Milton, Brisbane, on a full-time basis.
With a strong pipeline of future work, this is a busy and varied role that will see you coordinating the design and documentation of all structural projects; primarily residential, retail buildings, and commercial developments.
This will involve utilising your Revit expertise, and working directly with the Engineering team to produce project documentation. You will be responsible for leading your own projects, but also for a growing team.
About You
To be considered for this position you will hold a tertiary qualification in Drafting or equivalent, and have significant commercial experience using Revit design software, in addition to experience in structural design details, specifically in concrete, steel and timber structures. Experience in AutoCAD will be beneficial.

You will be passionate about your own professional development and genuinely interested in developing new skills and forming positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
You will have demonstrated problem solving skills, and the ability to plan and organise your workflow, delegating tasks within your team as needed. Whilst previous management experience is not required, you will be willing and capable of overseeing small project teams and enthusiastic about growing into a leader and key member of Odyssey Consulting Group.
