About the Opportunity
All Four x 4 Spares has a new opportunity for a full-time Internal Sales Representative (Used & Reconditioned Automotive Parts) to join their team in Newcastle, NSW in the Used & Reconditioned Parts.
Working 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday and 8:30am - 12:00pm Saturday on a rotating roster.
Reporting to the Used & Reconditioned Parts Manager, you will be primarily focused on sales, and dealing with 60-80 inbound calls a day.
More specifically, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Answering sales calls;
- Dealing with Retail, Trade and Wholesale part enquiries;
- Raising orders;
- Maintaining existing clients and creating new accounts;
- Assisting in basic call enquiries; and
- Working towards KPI targets.
Please note: This is predominately a phone based role.
About You
To be successful in this position you will have knowledge on all things car related and experience in sales. Relevant experience as a Parts Interpreter would be ideal.
Trade qualifications are preferred but a mechanical understanding would be necessary.
You will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and be an experienced communicator.
It is important that you have great time management skills and can handle the pressure.
You have a hunter mentality and are flexible in your selling approach when it comes to objections.
Understanding of the Microsoft Office suite is a must! An understanding of "Pinnacle" software would be an advantage.
