About the Opportunity

inTouch now has a unique opportunity for a driven Executive Manager - Sector and Community to join their innovative organisation on a full-time basis in Richmond, VIC. 

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will form an integral part of the Senior Management Team and will be responsible for working with multicultural communities as well as the service sector – family violence, community services, health, justice, education and settlement.

Some of your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)

  • Developing relationships with government, the family violence specialist sector, universal services and multicultural communities;
  • Leading a high skilled, multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of a multi-faceted body of work including policy development, project development and capacity building;
  • Building and implementing innovative programs and approaches to effective intersectional service delivery that helps achieve strategic goals; and
  • Promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning.

Please note: the successful candidate will be required to work from inTouch’s Dandenong office on occasion.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will need to hold relevant tertiary qualifications and have significant experience in a senior management role. Ideally, you will have experience working in the not for profit sector. 

You will illustrate strong leaderships skills that foster a collaborative and supportive work environment for your team. Candidates that have experience working in a multicultural setting and are bilingual will be highly regarded. 

inTouch is looking for someone who is innovative with a genuine interest and commitment to making this role their own. You will bring a ‘can-do’ attitude, a wide variety of experience and an ability to cultivate innovation to this exciting opportunity. You will be capable of working autonomously whilst staying flexible enough to support the team with their roles, as required.

In addition to the above, you will also need to be a friendly and personable individual with highly developed communication skills. You will be able to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and have demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills. 

Prior to commencement, the successful candidates will hold (or willing to obtain) the following:

  • A current Victorian Driver's License;
  • A current Working With Children's' Check; and
  • A current National Criminal History Record Check.
