Our client is a high end prestigious design construction company who specialise in comprehensive design, fabrication and installation of commercial glazing and market building facades.
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their company in Alexandria, with the potential to earn up to $40k plus superannuation depending on experience.
Reporting directly to the Financial Manager/Commercial Manager, some of your duties will include:
- Utilising MYOB to enter and process accounts including accounts payable/receivable
- Monitoring and processing purchase orders
- Providing administrative support in relation to preparation of progress claims
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
To be successful in this role you will ideally have 1 + year experience in similar role however highly motivated recent graduates will be considered for this role. A degree in a related field (business, accounting and finance) would be beneficial along with an understanding of MYOB and basic to intermediate MS Office skills.
Your highly motivated approach and strong desire to succeed is essential along your excellent communication skills and organised and proactive approach. The ability to speak Mandarin is highly desirable.
