About the Opportunity

Mediquip has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their busy team. This full-time role is based at Loganholme, approximately half an hour south from Brisbane's CBD. 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating and implementing all aspects of the marketing for Mediquip.

Your day to day responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Devising coherent and effective strategies and posting and utilising analytics on social media platforms;
  • Planning, designing and sending EDMs to our network;
  • Ongoing maintenance for the website/s;
  • Coordinating the design and development of promotional materials including product brochures, catalogues and flyers/handouts; and
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for trade shows.

This role will require you to liaise with external contractors such as web developers, copywriters, designers and photographers to produce all marketing content.

About You

To be considered for this position you will have considerable previous experience in all areas of marketing communications and product promotion. Experience coordinating marketing projects will be highly regarded as well as previous experience working in the health industry.

There will be a requirement to work autonomously with minimal supervision on a variety of tasks and projects, effectively managing competing deadlines whilst staying flexible enough to deal with urgent situations as required. Additionally, you will have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. 

A positive attitude will go a long way toward your success, including initiative and a willingness to jump into any task at hand. Competency in the use of a range of computer systems will also be key, this includes WordPress, EDM and social media platforms.

In addition to the above, you will also need to be a friendly and personable individual with highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
