About the Opportunity

QED Risk Services has exciting opportunities for Compliance Client Support/Administration Officers to join their dynamic team based in Enoggera, QLD on a full-time or part-time basis (multiple roles).

Your primary responsibilities will be ensuring clients are using the online CompliFast system effectively and continuously; managing client enquiries within a timely manner and office administration. 

Your duties may include, but will not be limited to;

  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Liaising and following up with clients via phone and email;
  • Completing sign-ups for new clients including entering all information into CompliFast and CRM systems;
  • Resolving client concerns and/or issues;
  • Conducting coaching and training calls with current clients on a regular basis to ensure CompliFast is being used effectively and continuously; and
  • Administration including data entry of compliance information.

About You

QED are looking for individuals who have extensive Administration experience, ideally within the compliance, finance or similar sector, but not essential.  NCCP compliance knowledge would be an advantage.

As you’ll be liaising with clients and stakeholders daily, you’ll need impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Whilst training will be provided, your ability to learn quickly and maintain strong product knowledge is essential to the role, and to confidently provide clients with accurate information in a timely manner.

Your strong problem-solving skills will ensure you are able to address issues as they arise, promptly and professionally. You’ll have strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. As these are highly autonomous roles, you must be capable of managing your time without supervision or direction. You’ll be capable of juggling competing priorities effectively through your well-developed time management and organisational skills.

Proficiency in all programs within the Microsoft Suite is essential to this role. Candidates with experience in using a CRM system would be viewed favorably.
