About the Opportunity
With ongoing demand for their unique services, Therapy Pro is rapidly growing and has multiple opportunities for Psychologists of all experience levels to join their teams across Melbourne, Brisbane, Mackay and Southeast QLD. Highly flexible full-time or part-time hours are available, to fit your schedule and availability.
Working from home, via telehealth, and travelling to clients across the local community, you will be responsible for providing assessment and intervention services for a diverse caseload; working with clients and their families to design and implement plans that are holistic, practical and outcomes driven.
Committed to supporting their team wherever possible, Therapy Pro will take care of the behind the scenes business, like finding clients, intake, billing, and insurance, so you’ll be free to focus on what matters most – working with clients to achieve their goals.
If you take pride in your work, want to contribute to stronger and more inclusive communities, and are keen to make a real difference in people's lives, Therapy Pro wants to hear from you.
Offering a fantastic support network, with formal and informal training, and a highly-respected Graduate Program, they are able to accept applications from all experience levels, including provisional psychologists.
Confident working autonomously, with strong attention to detail and the organisational skills to effectively manage your caseload, you'll need to be comfortable assessing and treating a broad range of clients and conditions; making clinical decisions on your own, without being afraid to ask for advice or support as needed.
Genuinely friendly and passionate about supporting each individual, your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build trust, rapport and strong relationships with your clients, their families and the community. You will also be comfortable using and learning new technology, including online tools for reporting, communication and collaboration.
It is important that you hold, or will be eligible to obtain, either general or provisional registration with AHPRA. If you're a student or new graduate, more information about AHPRA registration, how to apply, and who is eligible can be found here.
Please note: You must hold or be willing to obtain a current Working With Children's Check and a current National Police Check prior to commencing. Regular daytime travel is a requirement of the role - candidates must have a full, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle.
