With 7 offices across the region, including within Inverell, a newly-built clinic operated by an expanding team of allied health professionals, Vital Health is a growing leader in multidisciplinary allied health service provision.

Your Local Health Team

Due to sustained growth, Vital Health now has multiple opportunities for full-time Physiotherapists to join their team, based in Inverell, NSW on a 12-18 month contract, with opportunities for renewal.

The positions include:

  • Graduate Physiotherapists - Candidates who about to or have recently graduated from university or have minimal practical experience; and
  • Senior Physiotherapists - Candidates who have strong demonstrable industry experience and are ready to step up into leadership/mentorship positions.

Reporting to the VHI Clinical Director, you will be responsible for delivering professional physiotherapy clinical services to the population of Inverell, Glen Innes and outreach locations. This role will see you working towards client/community centred holistic outcomes.

To be considered for these positions you will need to have, or be eligible to obtain, AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.

It's also important that you are punctual and reliable, with the ability to build strong community and client relationships, and a genuine interest in providing quality health care to regional/remote communities.

Please note: Prior to commencement, the successful candidates will be required to obtain a Working with Children check and undergo a National Police history check.

Why Choose Vital Health?

Vital Health is a vibrant, growing organisation of fun, like-minded people who love what they do!

A more junior Physiotherapist will relish the opportunity to work with an experienced senior team who will provide guidance, mentoring and assistance as you expand on your skillset.

For experienced Physiotherapists, this is a great opportunity to assume more senior responsibilities and be directly involved in the management/mentoring of other allied health professionals.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package starting at $89,900 (for recent graduates) and negotiable up to 140,000+ (for experienced Physios), inclusive of super, performance incentives, external professional development funding, and relocation assistance.

Alternatively, you also have the option to earn based on a percentage of fees as you grow your client base and experience level within the organisation.

With a hands-on and localised approach to allied health, you'll be privy to a wide scope of practice in Physiotherapy, providing an excellent opportunity to accelerate your skillset in different settings notwithstanding – aged care, Indigenous health, NDIS and disability care, rural/remote service delivery and private practice.

To help you enjoy life in the local community, Vital Health is also offering flexible work arrangements (rostered hours can be negotiated) and day-in-lieu opportunities, as well as 4 weeks of initial accommodation/rental support.
