Our dedicated team's success placing candidates with local employers means we're ready to grow. Currently, we're on the lookout for great people to join us full-time and become expert Sales & Recruitment Consultants.

Within these highly varied roles, your work will extend beyond sales as you deliver a personalised customer service to each individual client.

To give you a clearer idea, your day in the life will look something like this:

  • Mornings: Most of our team spends their mornings handling a range of outbound calls; from new business calls, to account management calls with pre-existing clients, to follow-ups with potential sales, if you have a passion for sales, the morning is where it begins
  • Afternoons: This is where you take off your sales hat, and put your recruitment expertise to use. Here your day becomes even more varied as you begin to write job ads, screen potential candidates, and work with your clients to present them with great candidate shortlists

Because our roles are quite varied, our team members have a range of different backgrounds and experiences. However, to grow and progress your career within the role, you will need to be driven, personable and tenacious, three key factors that will help you thrive in an outbound, phone-based sales environment.

Our state of the art systems and technologies means you must also have excellent computer skills, and whilst previous experience in a phone-based sales or recruitment environment would help you hit the ground running, you will above all else, have a passion for helping small businesses thrive.

What's In It For You? 

Within your first year, you'll have the opportunity to earn a remuneration package in excess of $80,000 (inclusive of a base salary and performance-based incentives). You can expect your earnings to grow in years two and beyond.
