About the Opportunity
Comdain Group is seeking a full time Personal Assistant to the CEO to join their dynamic team. This position is currently based at our Epping office however the plan is to move closer to the CBD within the next 12 - 18 months.
Providing support with a broad range of activities, this is an important position that will work very closely with the CEO.
Some of your more specific duties will include:
- Coordinating the diary and schedule for the CEO;
- Setting up and managing internal and external meetings;
- Basic project management - development and follow up of actions, minutes etc;
- Managing email and other communications to/from the CEO;
- Assisting with the preparation associated with Board meetings (eg monthly reports, minutes);
- Preparing documents and presentations;
- Filing and administration of all CEO documentation; and
- Other general, ad-hoc administrative tasks.
The successful applicant for this role will have solid experience in working as a PA to senior executives. You will have excellent administrative skills, be highly organised and adept at planning, and have outstanding communication attributes. The CEO requires an applicant who is highly confident in operating with senior executives, and has the ability to show discretion in dealing with confidential information.
Importantly, you will demonstrate comprehensive and proven computer skills with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook.
