Working with EO
Due to expansion, Employment Office has room to take on a talented Business Development Manager for our team, working from Flight Centre Limited's Vancouver Corporate Headquarters.
These roles are full-time, working from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday only. Joining an organized business that has a zest for innovation, you will work with the latest candidate management and client relationship systems, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to close a sale or strengthen a new lead.
Our offices are colourful and convenient, located only minutes from the Burrard Skytrain station, surrounded by restaurants, malls, and only streets down from the waterfront. We also offer an in-house gym and IT support, in case computers ever try to get the better of us, and a creative marketing team to ensure our products and sales tools are top notch.
Your first week with EO consists of a fun on-the-job training and mentoring, at the end of which you will be armed a computer, desk, phone and the product knowledge you need to start making sales!
What we're looking for
Our ideal candidate does not need to have qualifications or experience in recruitment, but they do need buckets of ambition and an insatiable appetite for sales. Business Development Management experience will be a distinct advantage, as you will become an influential driving force in the growth of this team.
As this is primarily a B2B telephone sales, business development and account management role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business owners and HR managers who are seeking staff.
We are looking for a sales extraordinaire who has experience in cold calling businesses and generating their own leads.
Basic computer and Internet literacy is a must, however if you regularly send and receive emails, visit websites, and can type reasonably quickly (even with two fingers) you'll be just fine.
