IMB offers a diverse range of highly competitive banking and financial services products nationwide. With five retail branches in ACT region, and many more branches throughout NSW, IMB is looking to appoint a Mobile Lender for the ACT region to deliver mobile banking services to its customers.

Within this challenging position, you will be provided with a quantity of monthly leads and a small customer portfolio. You will then draw upon your industry experience to contribute to IMB's member growth strategy by conducting lead generation activity and selling IMB's residential lending and deposit and insurance products to customers.

By bringing an energetic commitment to external and internal lead generation, you will gain:

  • Base salary $65,000 plus 9% superannuation;
  • Fully maintained IMB vehicle;
  • Monthly commission;
  • Monthly commissions from cross sales of other products e.g. loan protection insurance;
  • Annual trail that kicks in at 3 year service period, which increases your income capacity;
  • Tools of the trade, including a blackberry and laptop;
  • Some leads from existing client base;
  • Excellent local marketing area support; and
  • Flexible working hours/conditions as you will be on the road the majority of the time.

Furthermore, you will gain access to a comprehensive induction program that will equip you with the skills and know-how needed to achieve in this dynamic role.

IMB's top performers initially earn $85k-90k (OTE), which then increases considerably when the annual trail kicks in to an OTE in excess of $130k - this is an organisation that truly values their team and will reward your loyalty to the IMB brand!

The successful applicant will be confident, professional and a problem solver. You will have strong attention to detail and be able to work well autonomously. Substantial experience in mortgage lending will be essential as you build relationships with your client base and develop strategies to promote consumer lending products to the market.

With regards to education, year 12 equivalent is required, while further qualifications and associated financial memberships will be an advantage.
