The Organisation
Employment Office (EO) is not a traditional 'employment agency' - we are a Recruitment Solutions Provider - an expert in recruitment marketing. Our key strength lies in creating unique budget-savvy attraction strategies that assist our clients tap into the deepest talent pools.
EO clients consist of organisations of all sizes and sectors, located in Australia and beyond. After ten years of high growth, we now have excellent market share across all industries.
EO currently has branches in London, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Vancouver (just in time for the Winter Olympics!), and we're not stopping there. With Flight Centre as our joint venture partner, globe trotting comes naturally and in the next 12 months, we plan to have new offices in every Australian capital, plus six overseas locations are on the way!
The Opportunity
After 11 years of hard work and high growth we now have excellent market share across Australia and are expanding internationally, particularly in the UK. With this in mind, we are seeking Business Development Managers for our offices in New Malden (100m from the train station, just two stops from Wimbledon).
The business is extremely organised, being 'systems and processes driven' with full pre and post sales support provided. This includes marketing materials, administrative support and an excellent online Customer Relationship Management (CRS) system.
Candidates do not need to have qualifications or experience in recruitment (however, this is a great way to gain experience in the recruitment industry). This is primarily a sales, business development and account management role. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic people with excellent professional communication skills. Successful candidates must have the ability to develop a rapport by telephone and face-to-face contact with business owners, managers and recruitment officers.
There are three absolutely crucial pre-requisites for becoming a Sales and Account Executive with EO:
- The confidence, ability and willingness to instigate telephone contact with businesses.
- Basic computer and internet literacy.
- Professional presentation and professional written and verbal communication skills.
