About the Opportunity

If you have experience in the automotive industry and a business savvy attitude, Col Crawford has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Manager to join its team in Brookvale, Sydney. Reporting to the Senior Executive Manager Finance & Insurance, you will ensure that every opportunity is made to meet targets through the provision of finance and insurance products to customers and clients whilst ensuring that high levels of customer service and regulatory requirements are met and maintained.

Key responsibilities of this role will be to:

• Arrange finance for customers purchasing new and/or prestige vehicles from Col Crawford;
• Fulfill sales/gross profit targets and finance penetration as set by the SEM Finance & Insurance; 
• Understand and follow financiers' policies, procedures and forms;
• When required input finance applications into finance company system and generate printed finance contracts;
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping ensuring all administrative procedures and aspects are strictly adhered to and followed; and
• Attend training programs for F&I personnel conducted by financiers.

Col Crawford is interested in receiving applications from candidates who have successfully completed and gained accreditation in PS 146 requirements and while it is desirable that you have further studies in finance/insurance, it is not essential. You will also have an understanding of financiers' policies, procedures and forms, an intermediate knowledge of MS suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and experience with finance systems.

Your qualifications and experience will be supported by a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to ensure the correct paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely fashion. You will also be capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines and multi-tasking

Col Crawford is also seeking a candidate with high level communication skills, the ability to deal with people from all types of backgrounds and cultures, and an understanding of the importance and commitment towards the provision of excellent customer service.
