About the Opportunity
Citimark has an immediate opportunity for a Project Manager - Residential Land to lead the delivery of current and prospective projects based in Brisbane.
The responsibility of this role is to project manage the urban design, approvals, engineering, service design and construction of developments within budget and schedule.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the development process from initial contracting of the consultant and civil teams to completion of the subdivision works;
- Monitoring stock levels and forward planning for replacement stock in order to achieve sales targets whilst maintaining minimum inventory levels;
- Working with the Residential Development Manager and Sales & Marketing Team to ensure that the existing and future lands meet the targeted market demands (incl dwelling types to suit);
- Preparing development and subdivision applications and negotiating with Councils in relation to approvals and amendments (incl. any community consultation);
- Coordinating and driving civil, electrical, building and landscape construction, including consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities;
- Reviewing and negotiating consultants, contractors and suppliers fees/rates and submit for approval as required; and
- Preparing and presenting Reports and Budgets to the Management Committee.
Ideally, you will be a qualified in engineering (although associated disciplines will be considered) with around 10 years of experience in delivering land products. You will need to excel in technical skills and self motivation. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a senior remuneration package, circa $170K+, to be negotiated, plus super, bonuses, a phone and car park.
