About the Opportunities
STEPS has exciting opportunities for two skilled and motivated Office Administrators to join its teams in Maryborough and Hervey Bay.
Reporting to the Site Manager, the main aim of this role is to provide effective and efficient client services and administrative support across multiple programs ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role will be:
- Providing administration support to the Site Manager - diary/meetings/gathering data/ preparing reports etc;
- General administration to support the site team;
- General office support - petty cash, stationery;
- The first point of contact for clients in person, via telephone and email; and
- Processing and lodging claims.
The successful candidate will hold a Certificate IV in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training, as well as a sound knowledge of administrative systems and procedures. You will also have experience in the provision of high-level administrative support in a service delivery environment.
Your skills and experience will be supported by exceptional customer service, time management and organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within established timeframes. In addition you will have well developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, sound research and analysis skills, accurate word processing and data entry skills and a broad knowledge of a range of computer programs, including, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and the internet.
A current C Class driver's licence and Working with Children Blue Card check are essential.
