About the Opportunity

As a result of growth, Flinders Island Aboriginal Association is taking expressions of interest for a Full Time Youth Worker to be based on the amazing location of Flinders Island.

Within this role, you will work within a talented, multi-disciplinary team in order to meaningfully engage with young people through involvement in their activities, and to provide primary care and support, assist in programs to promote their growth and development, and provide casework support and role modelling.

If you are a caring individual with a non-judgemental attitude, and an understanding of the lifestyle support requirements of young people, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring your passion for improving the quality of life for young people to a challenging and fulfilling community setting!
