About the Opportunity

Pace Farm has an exciting opportunity available for a full time Laboratory Technician to join their family-run business in Minchinbury. 

Working in a fast-paced laboratory environment, your primary aim will be to test samples of all products for micro organisms to ensure all products achieve set Pace Farm standards.

This role will suit a meticulous, routine-driven applicant who can handle repetitive, hands-on work. You will benefit from working with modern, top of the range Foss Incubation System equipment.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in the food industry (preferably macro food based), with a well developed knowledge of sampling, micro testing and Asceptic techniques. You will be highly familiar with HAAACP food safety system, and will hold a tertiary qualification in the Science field.

To join the Pace Farm team, you will be motivated and pro-active with excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks within a tight schedule. Furthermore, you will demonstrate a flexible attitude to working hours as this role will involve shift work.
