About the Opportunity

Stage & Screen has a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer to invest their financial expertise in their highly successful travel brand.

Based at the company's Fox Studios office, the successful applicant will provide accounts support, by assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating and processing payments to suppliers within credit terms in a timely, accurate and efficient manner;
  • Ensuring clients are provided with accurate invoices in a timely manner;
  • Reconciling supplier accounts against the booking system to ensure a clean and up to date ledger at all times;
  • Communicating with suppliers for resolution of account enquiries;
  • Liaising with Consultants regarding queries on bookings and Credit Control regarding invoice & client queries;
  • Managing all aspects of an individual supplier ledger;
  • Collection & allocation of outstanding supplier commission;
  • Processing of monthly statements;
  • Resolving account queries.

To be considered for this role, you will be required to have banking or finance experience, combined with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. In addition, you will also have effective time management skills and the drive to achieve monthly targets.
