Customer Care assists with the provision of immediate and professional help – both medical and travel related – for customers and clients in a time of need. They operate a 24 hour emergency centre, 365 days per year for customers domestically and around the world.

About the Opportunity

To ensure they continue to provide the best service possible to customers, Cover-More is looking to appoint two highly motivated Customer Service Representatives within the North Sydney team. These are full time, office-based positions.

Working within the Customer Service team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to provide a high level of service to customers and support the Sales, Claim and general process at Cover-More. 

Some of your more specific duties will include:

  • Providing specific advice and assistance to travel agents / customers;
  • Maintaining client files;
  • Issuing insurance policies; and
  • Performing general administrative tasks.

Cover-More is seeking candidates with experience in customer service and/or administration. Applicants who have worked within a call centre or telephone sales environment will be held in high regard.

This role would suit someone with strong communication skills, and a common sense approach to their work. If you are a team player with the ability to work autonomously, this is the opportunity for you!
