About the Opportunity

As a result of the continued demand for services, First Choice Care has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse (Recruitment Services) to join their friendly team in West End. This is a part-time or full-time, (negotiable with minimum of 30 hours per week).

In this varied and important role you will be responsible for providing clinical support and services to a multi-disciplinary team recruitment, screening nursing staff and increasing retention rates.

A day in this exciting, fast-paced role would include (but is certainly not limited to):

  • Performance management of nursing staff; 
  • Screening and Interviewing of candidates;
  • Client care;
  • Working and developing projects within key areas of the organisation;
  • Formulating and provide reporting to the recruitment manager; and
  • Promotion of company's clinical services is paramount to this role.

The successful candidate will be an innovative thinker with extensive clinical experience in the Nursing arena. You will work well under-pressure and relish the challenge of this role. HR, Management and Recruitment experience is highly desirable. Candidates with experience in HR and recruitment will be highly regarded.

You will need to have excellent organisation and time-management skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of different stakeholders. Your ability to negotiate and solve problems with ease will be highly regarded, as will a working knowledge of the internet and Microsoft Office programs.

Above all, you will be a 'People Person' capable of relating to people at all levels and passionate about offering quality services based on performance and trust.
