About the Opportunity
To cater for expansion and growth, NetEngine has an exciting opportunity for full time PHP / drupal developers to join their dynamic team, giving you the opportunity to work on interesting & challenging drupal projects whilst enjoying a great atmosphere at our office in Milton.
You must have
- Significant experience with DRUPAL
- Strong PHP development skills
- Experience in site setup including installation on an Apache server
- Experience building custom Drupal 6+ modules
- Experience with Core and Contributed module administration
- A strong understanding of Drupal Themes and Templates
- A strong understanding of Drupal Hooks & module customization
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Aegir
- MySQL
- Experience using Git and Drush
- Linux command line
- Apache administration
- Linux Administration
- Drupal performance optimisation: APC, memcached, varnish etc
- An understanding of the front end markup, JavaScript (jQuery) and CSS
About you
Relevant qualifications will be highly regarded, but most importantly NetEngine is seeking someone with practical experience, excellent communication skills, strong problem solving abilities and some who has worked in a team environment.

What you will do
- Develop custom solutions for new drupal site development
- Provide maintenance, upgrades and custom solutions on existing drupal sites
- Server maintenance and management
- Complete daily bug report tasks by tracking and fixing bugs to prepare sites for deployment
- Write technical specifications and documentation if needed
- Self-manage your tasks and time
- Work closely on drupal projects with our front-end drupal Developer.
You will receive on-the-job training to develop your skills and ensure you are comfortable in the role and there will be many opportunities for further career progression within NetEngine.
